Having difficulties ‘connecting’ the Satio after opening the client program. There is no C button to hold down, any help on how to sort this out?

@ Ray

You’ll want to hold the green “call” button on the Satio as opposed to the “C” button on most SE handsets. I’ve updated the tutorials accordingly!
