What is the benefit of SIM unlocking? Providers usually lock phones before selling them, forcing the owner to use a SIM card only from that provider and eliminating your ability to switch providers or use international services. SIM unlocking your Sony Ericsson phone with DavinciTeam gives you the ability to instantly insert and use SIM cards from any provider, anywhere in the world, allowing you to cut ties with your provider once and for all.

Use this simple set of instructions to quickly and easily unlock your phone with us:

    • Open an account. Instant SIM unlocking costs 50 credits (20 EUR, about $30 USD); you can purchase with us quickly and easily by visiting our secure shopping area. Your account is created the moment payment is sent and you’ll receive your account details via email instantly.
    • Install the signed drivers for your device. This package of drivers is vital, allowing your computer (and our software) to recognize your phone and work with it. Drivers can be downloaded directly through the “Drivers” menu in our client software. Simply locate your model name, download and then run the .exe file to install drivers. Note that drivers can always be installed by downloading, installing and connecting your phone to Sony Ericsson PC Suite.


  • Download our client software. Our client is the interface you use to perform any action on your phone. You can download the client here; log in with your new account details when you run it. Note that some users of Windows Vista and Windows 7 may need to run client.exe with admin rights; you can do this by right-clicking client.exe locally and selecting “Run as administrator”.
  • Connect your phone. With the phone fully charged and powered off, hold down the “C” button on your phone while plugging the USB cable into your computer (Satio owners hold green “call” button). Allow the client a moment to recognize your phone and present the service menu.
  • Select your service. From the service menu that pops up select “Unlock Your Phone”.
  • Finishing up. Press “GO” and allow the client to do its thing. Once the unlock has completed please follow the client’s direction to restart your phone by using the power button – note that removing the battery before restarting will null the unlock!

Enjoy your freshly unlocked phone!
